Flew out on Saturday. Managed to have no issues getting there. Flight stopped at Learmonth to fuel up. Good service. Flight home on Tuesday was cancelled. No reason provided. Seems pretty typical. Flight change to Thursday. Delayed by 3 hours. No tea and coffee. WiFi wasn't working well. Toasted sandwich for dinner. No I'm sorry. No complimentary alcohol. Didn't get...

Hats off to Virgin Australia crew of VA1089. The flight was smooth and thanks to our pilot, we had a smooth touch down in Sydney. Wonderful service and quick flight. We had a great time in Launceston and the return flight was a pleasure.

Booked and paid on-line. Flight was on time and service good although would have liked a bit more in the way of a meal given the cost

My husband presented two boarding passes when we checked at Virgin Lounge Sydney The blonde receptionist who served us refused to take me in. She told us Virgin doesn’t allow two guests. Two guests? It was only me and my husband travelling. My husband is a Virgin lounge member and I’m the guest. We presented 2 boarding passes, right? She...

The airport wasn’t very busy when we arrived and the queue at the Virgin counter was moving swiftly. Nice I thought. We checked in our bag. No problem. Service was smooth and quick. However the male staff member at the Virgin counter who served us was like a robot-no emotion, no friendliness, no warmth...a male Siri? Flight arrived in Launceston...

I recently flew to Brisbane from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to visit friends. The flight was effortless, comfortable and smooth. I would however prefer to have the opportunity to view movies on all flights, so was disappointed that there were no screens located in the rear of each seat. I believe it simply makes time pass quickly when you have a...

In view of my Employer having to change our bookings from Jetstar - who cancelled our flight at 8pm the night before - we flew home to Newcastle by Virgin. You definitely get what you pay for and the difference between these two Airlines is like chalk and cheese. From the automatic check-in for myself and then my luggage -...

Booked a Virgin/Etihad flight from Perth to Rome. Trip was Perth-Brisbane on the flight out (then Abu-Dhabi-Rome), and Sydney-Perth on the return. Flight was booked through Flight Centre as a code share, so meant to be continuous. Etihad flights were fine, and the staff helpful. Virgin - on the way out, only booked our luggage through to Abu-Dhabi (rather than...

Our Singapore airlines flight from Singapore to Brisbane was delayed which meant a struggle to catch our connecting domestic flight. Although we could have made our connecting flight if our way through Brisbane airport had been facilitated/ escorted, we hit crazy queues for customs, the transfer bus and chaos at virgin domestic checkin. On arrival at check in we were...

Flight was about an hour late departing Melbourne due to high winds in Sydney. Departure from Melbourne was a bit scary and turbulent but fine after that. Coffee and juice were appreciated but snacks could be improved. Flight attendants always well groomed and courteous so an overall good experience.
