Best price and flying times, flying both ways with the best convenience. Had TVs on the back of our seats both ways and such a huge choice of movies and that coming from a foxtel owner. They are fast and efficient offering great food and drinks (yes free wine included), without spending too long in the aisles, which makes it...

Despite the nice and colourful (remarked) seats, the airplane and services were just ok. Not a large selection of beverages and food, nothing to be impressed about it.

Compared to other airline, a totally different experience. More professional in dress, attitude, communication and service. Would fly again with Virgin Aust.

I have always used Virgin and once again both flights were fantastic. We ended up with a spare seat next to us on both flights and the staff on flight were great. The seats are comfortable and plenty of leg room even for me at 6'2. It was disappointing about the cow that checked in our bags. She was completely...

I did have a choice of airlines to use to get to sydney. I am a member of both VA and QF frequent flyer programs and decided to use the Virgin nonstop to Sydney instead of changing in Brisbane. The aircraft was in pristine condition, the crew, all 3, were well presented, friendly and welcoming. Only economy class was occupied,...

We did a return trip to Darwin from Sydney in the last week or so. Splashed out on business class. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Business Class lounges in both cities were very comfortable with free food and drinks available as well as shower and business facilities and plenty of places to charge phones/laptops etc. Priority boarding...

If you have the opportunity, get the Virgin X premium economy seats, it's definitely worth the extra. You get wider, deeper seats with increased recline and the noise cancelling headsets do a pretty good job of muffling about 50% of the noise. At check-in, ask for a priority boarding pass too! The in-flight service from cabin staff who really look after...

As frequent flyer I use VA or VA partnered airlines for my travel needs. Over past.18mths and over 60 flights taken I'd have to say I only remember one that was delayed and had caused some disruption due to engineering issues from what ground staff had informed us of. Priority bags are generally good to come out first like they...
