Absolutely horrible. I was notified by AirAsia via email that my flight due to network restructuring. Fair enough, it's a budget airline and thus understandable. However, what is unacceptable is that I am required to painstakingly fill out a webform to request a refund. Even worse, there has been no contact from AirAsia for several days. DO yourself a favour...

Can't complain with my experience with Air Asia flying to bali and back. Was on time and did the job. Are they the most comfortable seats? No. Is the service as good as say Garuda? Certainly not. Should you expect anything more from a budget airline? No. I have read a few reviews here whinging about lack of entertainment and...

The charged our luggages to check in, most airline minimum two luggages but this airline minimum 15 kilo, they did not even told us about this prior to our flight , when we check in we got charged almost $700...

Firstly, I should mention that I brought this terrible flight on myself, as I went for the cheapest. But I have learned my lesson and will never fly AirAsia again! I booked two seats, one for me and one for my partner, for our trip to Bali. We had a 3 hour stop over in Malaysia which was fine with...

Got into a bit of delay but wasn't something major. Generally no problems, check in was fast (automated), wasn't exactly too rigid with hand carry size, plane looks new and reached the destination even before I can finish replying all my emails. Service isn't inferior to the Singapore airlines, known to the best airlines, I took for my previous trip....

Virtually my only complaint with AirAsia is that it doesn't seem possible to book connecting flights between the different companies that make up AirAsia ie AirAsia Berhad, AirAsia Indonesia, AirAsia Thailand etc. I wanted to travel from Makassar Indonesia to Hong Kong which involves AA Berhad & AA Indonesia..The connection time in KL for flights is quite close and because...

AirAsia flights in general, regardless of route, are very cramped. I am a small Asian female and yet I felt so cramped in my middle seat. As I paid for the lowest offered price, I could not select seat in advance and I could not request an aisle seat. When I booked my flights with AirAsia I did not know...

As per usual, I had an adequate experience flying Air Asia. The flight left on time, my baggage arrived safely, and the flight attendants were courteous and helpful. My only complaint on this flight was that the food for the pre-booked meal was awful...not that airplane food is ever stellar, but this was the worst I have ever had with...
