The plane was a bit old. The window glass has slightly broken. But at least I was able to get to Puerto Princesa.

Cheap is cheap, but next time I'll pay more for a better airline and service. This flight served ineligible food, couldn't eat it. We arrived 20 minutes late, then the airline made us wait 30 minutes in the plane and outside the plane before we could disembark. Terrible. One of the worse flights I've taken in a long time :-(

Have flown in Air Asia for 50x I think, since 2009 and the recent one was from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to Manila (International flight). The flight was on time, and the staff were nice. Food was okay, I ordered on their website so, it was cheaper. The only thing is that, we, all passengers waited for our luggage to come...

Legroom in domestic flight was the worst I've had so far. Im 176 cm and it was really bad. So if you're tall: don't recommend to fly with this company. But If you don't mind for a short distance, it's okay.

This was my first experience with the Air Asia franchise. I was not expecting much from the non-frill airline was yet I was a little disappointed. The airline had ridiculous cabin bag weight restriction and was totally inflexible about it. The personnel's attitude was inconsistent from welcoming to almost rude. The boarding procedure was somewhat well organised and allowed for...

We just booked a ticket for Manila. We got the date wrong. How on earth can Air Asia justify charging more than the flight is worth to move a date by one week? They cannot blame administration costs. This is a corrupt and unjust method of raising funds for something that can be dealt with instantly. Such a disgrace. UnfAIR...

Christmas 2017. Heading back to Davao on December 24th. 5pm flight delayed till 11pm. Got back home to Digos City 2am. Christmas day ruined. The problem was that whilst waiting in Manila, so few staff to steward queuing. Lines of people jumping lines to get to the desk. Also the baggage conveyor belt was broken and one staff member was...

We did a last minute booking and were surprised to find seats still on sale. Even if you checked in luggages - still cheap to my standards. Only complaint- Philippine website is not user friendly.
