Our first time to fly using Air Asia, it was just fine. Coming back from Taipei though, it was also our first time to experience the flight being sprayed or disinsected. Not sure what this was all about, but they just advised us to cover our noses, etc. while they sprayed away.

Flight from Manila to Seoul was unevenful except for the usual passenger that does not follow guidelines and feels that they the rules do not pertain to them even with flight attendants constantly asking him to shut his device off during take-off and landing. It was my first time to use this airlines and was surprised as to how the...

It was quite disappointing that even in international flights, this plane would fly out and in of the country late! Our flight from Manila to Denpasar, Bali last Nov. 19 was almost an hour delayed. The same thing happened during our return flight last Nov. 26. The seats were ok. The flight attendants were very friendly and accommodating. But, being...

We had a good flight from Manila to Tagbilaran and back on Air Asia. We used the machine check in which was quick. The flight was delayed coming back but not by much. In flight service was good and the flight was comfortable. I would use them again.

Make sure to purchase ticket that includes check in baggage, special seating and flight changes. Pesos are needed to purchase food or drink on the flight. Departure for Air Asia and international flight is at terminal 3. Have a bottle water with you while waiting for check in...no restaurant till you go through security.

i booked davao to kuala lumpur with return months in advance as this gave us a chance to bypass manila in going to kuala lumpur and fly out to other destinations serviced by air asia. unfortunately three months before our scheduled flight, i received a message that they cancelled the flight due to "economic reasons." i had basically three options....

This was the second time that I flew AirAsia and in general I have no complaints to make. Check-in went smoothly (the only problem is passengers carrying too many handbags ..) and boarding and lift off here at Tagbi airport is fast because only one airplane can use the airport at the same time. Had a meal on board but...

We were traveling from Davao going to Manila. Unfortunately, PAL was fully-booked, as well as CebuPac. With no other options, we took AirAsia flights Davao-Cebu and Cebu-Manila. The first flight from Davao was delayed. So, we were rushing from the Arrivals area to the Departure lounge at the Cebu airport. In some cases, you will be able to book connecting...

Everything just as you expected the budget airlines do. Boarding on time, but take off late due to NAIA traffic, cannot blame the airlines. You get what you see.
