Flew from Manila to PPS jusr recently for work related stuff. As usual easier to go to terminal 4 than terminal 3. Commuting is way easier too as theres lots of jeepneys along the road just right after you exit the airport. I love airasia.. Valye for money

I have been a regular traveler to Caticlan for several years and always traveled by 2GO or commuted via Mindoro if no 2GO was available, which I hated. I was told that AirAsia cost less than 2GO so I decided to try it and I was not disappointed. By Ferry it costs P167 to Batangas, P1450 for Ferry and several...

Due to lag on the website the wrong date was selected. When I went to review my separate legs (I got 2 1 way tickets because I wasn't returning to the same location), I notice the error. I thought I could simply make the change online and discover that there was nearly $23.00 USD fee for correcting it. As a...

On take off too and on landing too we were 20 mins early on arriving in manila that pilot nailed it smooth ... Take off and landing was smooth...

No problem with check in, boarding & flight. Of course there is no free food since this is a budget Airlines but you can order a hot meal with a reasonable price.

First of all, the airline knew that the flight was going to be delayed as there was an incident at Manila airport the previous week. Yet they still had us come at the same time to check in and wait. We were originally delayed two hours, then three hours, then four hours. At 9pm we were told we could get...

I am not fond with their flight staff but I appreciate their effort to ease the discomfort when there were cancelled flights in Manila. They transferred our boarding gate to the international departure when they noticed our boarding gates were crowded. Our flight was not even delayed and yet they were very considerate of us.

After I've done my online booking and checking-in at AirAsia's website, I'm ready to fly the next day with my e-boarding pass. It was my first time with AirAsia and I can say that the flight was ok, the food was ok (I ordered a vegetarian meal), but the cleanliness of the aircraft was NOT OK. You can not expect...
