Sit at the right hand side on the trip to Greenland for good views as the plane approaches and flies over the Greenland Ice Cap. The gluten-free meal was very good.

Some of the mainstream airlines could learn from this small airline, a really enjoyable experience, modern Dash 8 plane, served refreshments, a small delay but due to weather in Ilulissat. Highly recommended.

I know it's very expensive but seems like it's the only option..... They have newer air plane and propeller air plane depends on your flight distance, I have been both and propeller air plane is quite noisy but was a good experience.

Flight back from Ilulissat cancelled due to fog. Understandable, but I would imagine they would be used to dealing with more extreme weather than this in Greenland. The problem started when we were given no information, put up in unacceptable hotels, and not notified of what the plan was to get us on our way. Each day, for 4 days...

Typical example of lack of competition. Old aircraft, recently away for quite a while for overhaul, but still the entertainment system was broken and apparently has been so for a while but nobody seems to care.

Alas, this is the only airline (seemingly) allowed to fly this route 1. Your A330 needs to be sorted. Especially the IFE. On both journeys it was not working. Screen quality was terrible and 10 minutes into the film the sound stopped working. On the actual return flight I tried 2 different rows. Same problem. Spoke to the crew, oh...

Once more my flight got cancelled for a day. And it wasn't because of the weather. But because of economy again. And the new in-flight food are the cheapest I have ever seen even though the prices are the highest on the flight.

OY-GRN (A330-200) is now nearly 20 years old. Delivered to SABENA when new. Seating is not what to expect of a wide-body for a longer trip. Leg space is narrow. Seat width is very narrow. Not comfortable at all. The meal served is the same in both directions. You get a good drink service, and two sandwiches, an apple and...

My work schedule took me to Nuuk, Greenland in April 2018. My connection was in Keflavik, Iceland and my onward flight was with Air Greenland. My luggage was checked straight through from Manchester to Nuuk, and everything went very well - flights were on time throughout. The flight was on a Dash 8 200 series. It was free seating, and...

We booked a travel package and we got seat numbers about 2 weeks before the flight. Fast check in and bag drop off, smooth boarding. The flight was actually operated by HiFly on behalf of Air Greenland but with the same model of aircraft. In flight food was good (only one option in economy class). No in flight entertainment system.
