As this flight goes to the USA I’m aware that the administration must be a 100% before they let people on the plan but why does it take ages to check in on a flight the do almost daily. A lot of paperwork can be done in advance by the passenger himself. Before we left I checked Flightradar24 for past...

Ticket sold as flatbed and BC class but it is only a halfway BC experience. Flatbed not really a flatbed because to tight and not 100% flat. In-flight service only medium and gave a budget feeling . Caos at the check in..totally disaster. A old AB 330 but cabin was clean. Ok value for money for a short long haul....

For a 9 1/2 hour flight, I think it is ridiculous that No beverages served unless purchased even water is for a fee. No outside food allowed. Food served on plane expensive unless pre-paid prior. No inflight entertainment. Flight attendant very rude with a bad attitude & not helpful. Online chat 2 hour wait time. Chat line tried to overcharge...

The business practices of this airline are borderline an outright scam. I understood this was a low cost carrier and all ammenities are to be paid extra. When booking I paid for 2 checked bags at 30 dollars a piece, not bad. When returning we had extra bags which needed to be checked but they were not pre-paid. They demanded...

During Nov 2017, I flew from Nagoya to Sapporo for weekend getaway with my friends. There was promotion from Air Asia and ticket was cheap. The food in the plane was not that good compare to their malaysia side. Since the flight time was an hour plus, I was disappointed that finger food was not available in the menu. The...

On a Dreamliner so quite comfortable. In a four seater in middle of plane but had 2 and 3 seats so not on the aisle so not good access for loo etc. Think it was quite good, service a bit slow but otherwise ok. Poor wine and choice of drinks and undrinkable.

When checking in the line was quite long so I went and bought a few duty free item. The gate agents made a huge deal because apparently their duty free item count as it's own carryon and have to be the correct weight. Their carryon policy is 2 bags total of 7 kg. Because I bought those things in duty...

Their "Premium" class seat is quite nice, spacious and semi private. It's an angled almost flat bed, angled meaning you are at a rather steep angle that you likely have to sleep on your back only. It's a good value if you get it at the Promo price, but a great value if you simply upgrade while checking in at...
