This international flight was a pure class act. Starting with the Italian opera music while boarding . The pillow and blanket given to you ( not charged) and headset . I can’t give recommendations on meg room because I’m 4’10 and every seat has leg room but it was still tiny I’m sure if you are 6’0 and taller but...

Sad to see paying travelers get screwed by greedy/unorganized airlines. Air France is equally bad to folks traveling to Asia. Thanks for the warning I’ll stick with Etiad, Emirates, United or Air India or Jet Airways.

This is by far the worst airlines I have dealt with in my life. I purchased the Economy Premium class for my trip with them. My ticket explicitly said that I can check-in up to two luggage each up to 50 lbs and that I will have priority boarding. When I got to the airport I was denied to check...

First time with Air Italy. User friendly website. Nice lounge. Efficient boarding process. New airplane. Comfortable seats and accessories to sleep. Gentle and motivated crew. Excellent food and beverages. Internet connection for free (of course limited). Shorter that expected flight's duration. A very good experience!

Whilst choosing to fly economy as do the majority of the community this flight provided extremely poor leg room and cramped seating in general. No visual entertainment screens were fitted to the aircraft. There needs to be and fair and reasonable industry standard relating to leg room. I was less than impressed with Air Italia and will be seeking an...

As a frequent flier I am always looking for options as far as airlines go, but I think that from now on I will go with what I know. I tried Air Italy after seeing an advertisement on the internet. I read a ton of reviews before booking. The reviews seemed split depending on where the previous passengers were traveling...

Worst airline ever. Firstly, the airplane itself was decrepit with itchy cloth seats and an earphone jack that I had to wiggle for an hour before I finally got sound in one ear (can't use the standard headphone, they are special 2 pronged headphones). Called a month prior to my flight and informed customer service I needed a vegetarian meal....

The flight was relaxing and the cabin crew demonstrated great customer service. The whole journey from checking in to board was smooth. The service was excellent all the way through.

1. They do not make it clear at all that you are booking a flight with no bags if you happen to book (like most young people) via an online booking service. So you will get to the airport and be charged a ridiculous amount to check your allowed baggage. Because, get this , their website is down and unavailable...

Great flight: on time and very good food. The check-in attendant at Malpensa was the worst i ever had. I reported to the supervisor, hopefully they have taken care of the most unprofessional beahvior
