The communication during boarding was very poor on both ends. The plane was new, so that was nice, but there were absolutely no amenities. We could not even get a glass of water without paying for it. That was a first. This was Iberia's partner (?) airline, Level, so maybe Iberia is better. When I made the reservation I had...

Because we booked with American we were disappointed with the change. There was noone at the American counter to tell us where to check in. We had assigned seats on American but our Level seats were not together. We were supposed to have wi-fi and didn't. However, the premium economy seat were spacious. We have TV and movies and two...

After having had issues with the BA/Iberia/Vueling partnership, we were a little hesitant about booking with their latest partner Level. The plane was clean, comfortable, adequate legroom for me (I'm 6'5), the cabin crew were attentive and polite and the flight was smooth and incident free. As with most budget airlines now, food and drinks are available at an additional...

Not flown yet, but I am trying to purchase one checked luggage before the flight as advised to do so by the booking agency. This is a Level flight operating an Iberia aircraft. I have been given the run-around for 3 days now between Level, the booking agency, Iberia, etc. Bottom line, you will get as many different instructions as...

Hi Stephen. We think you're flying to/from Barcelona (if this isn't the case, please call us). We're experiencing a few technical issues which means that you won't be able to purchase this until online check in opens (24 hours before your flight departs). Once check-in is open and you click on the link, at the bottom of the page there...

Paid for an Iberia flight and somehow this is what I got. No food, beverages, or water included. I literally paid 2.5 Euros for water on a 13 hour flight. Crew was rude and impatient. Is this typical of European based airlines? In the future I will avoid Level (and Iberia) like the plague.

Hi Steve, Thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry if there's been confusion, the flights are operated by Iberia but they are LEVEL flights so the product is completely different. With regards to water, there are bottles of water at the back of the aircraft where our customers are able to help themselves to glasses of water. We'd like to...

Even though it was a low cost flight, the plane was just like any other. It seemed kind of new to me. The only thing that I didn’t like was that they didn’t even give you water! I understand it was low cost but I didn’t imagine I had to pay for water! They only put a couple of bottles...

Good airline with new planes. They will get you to your destination as good as the others but perhaps cheaper. I would travel again with Level.

Level (ex open skies) is the new company bought by Iberia from British airways. They are late to launch their flights from New York to Paris so they decided to cancel all the flights time to be ready. The only problem, they forgot to alert their customers about it !!! So I went to the airport to discover that my...

We were seated in row 1, a bulkhead seat flying to Barcelona. Lots of leg room and space. We were in row 2 on the way back and while it was better then coach, it didn't have the space of a bulkhead seat. Otherwise, the flight coming and going was uneventful. We sprang for the premium economy seats and found...
