We use Air Asia for most of our trips. The flights are great. The service is great as are the flight staff. We have had delays but hey you get that with any airline. Well everyone we have used. The business class price and service is awesome I love it as does my wife. Keep it up Air Asia we...

This was a short flight so we skipped meal and drinks. But the crew was nice and professional as usual.

We flew from Penang to Langkawi on Air Asia flight AK6246. When we booked the flight it was supposed to take off at 11.10 In fact it was rescheduled back in September to 13.50 and it did not actually take off until nearer 15.00 Unfortunately our travel agent did not update either ourselves or the driver who picked us up...

Small planes built for Asian size people. In my opinion if flying with them again buy extra leg room. Its not a comfortable plane if you have longer legs.

Air Asia just ripped me big time for luggage. Always fun to start off a trip with a $425 luggage bill when you check in. Their web site is confusing at best and the people at the air line counter could care less. Just make sure that when you book a ticket you know what’s included. Air Asia ended up...

We flew with them twice and both times delayed by an hour. They are meant to be cheap and cheerful but it gets a bit annoying sitting around waiting.

The staff of the flight was very impolite and wanted all of us to switch off (and not only airplane mode) all the electronic devices for the departure and the landing. They continued insulting me, because I said that in the registration was said to put in Airplane Mode OR switch off. So I was following the rules! They didn’t...

Despite many travelers recommending against this airlines, I thought of giving it a try for a 5 hour flight between Mumbai and KL. This wasn't exactly in the budget range, as other comparable rates were available with better facilities. The facilities provided by Air Asia X were below par. My most demanding grudge was the drinking water availability. A small...

I got an $80 fare to fly from KUL to Taipei. The plane was less than half full! Extra charges for everything including water, yes, water! I knew this from previous flights with Air Asia so I was prepared. Do shop around. To compete against Air Asia, other airlines do offer reasonable price but with better service. At times, Air...

We have travelled many times with Air Asia and Air Asia X and arrived at the various destinations without hassle of departure and generally on time. We flew the flat bed once and enjoyed the extra space. New planes, although I find the advertising within the plane very tacky. I have one gripe with Air Asia and that’s the cabin...
