I don't know if I've had rotten luck, or this airline is shoddier than I had initially realized... Their website never wants to accept my debit/credit cards, a problem which cannot be remedied by buying the tickets at the airport (simply not an option), and the customer service hours via which you can be helped telephonically are extremely limited. This...

I do like the convenience and prices of this airline. However, when they constantly change the departure flight by 3-6 hours I cannot recommend them to clients or family or for myself. Yes they offer trip insurance but it doesn't cover my connecting flight or time with my family. Its super embarrassing to me because I often recommend them to...

This is a local flight service for parts of Mexico. The plan was a Twin Engine, 12 passenger unit, however the Pilot was very experienced and the flight was casual and relaxed. The views of the Sea of Cortez were amazing, something you don't get on the commercial jets. The day was clear and winds light. It is a economical...

The carryon size listed on the website for the Embraer planes was not accurate. When we arrived at the airport the agent said I could not carry on my bag. I told him it was under the required amount of kilos he still refused. Later I saw a sizer where you insert your bag and if it does not fit...

Calafia is a horrible airline. We travel with our 2 pound dog. She goes under the seat in a carrier. The first flight calafia let her fly under the seat. When we were returning to Puerta Vallarta, they would not let her fly under the seat. The 2 girls names were Giovanna Polido and Alejandra Fierros. They couldnt speak english,...

I fly with Calafia frequently, since they´re one of the few airlines with daily flights in and out of La Paz. I find the airline comparable with Volaris in terms of pricing/comfort/available services. My one complaint is that you can't buy tickets at the airport in La Paz, and regardless you're charged a fee for buying them online.

Calafia is close to becoming my favorite airline. The service is impeccable. Although the flight is short, the stop in Guadalajara is 30 minutes and off you go for a quick flight to Puerto Vallarta

I've had the most terrible time with them. I bought a flight through Expedia and later get a call that the payment didn't go through and thank goodness because i accidentally got it for the wrong days. I told him that and he said he would just cancel that fight and he took my information over the phone for a...

When my husband wanted to switch our Aeromexico flights to this small airline I was not thrilled (I hate flying). However, the small airplane we had (sat maybe 20 people?) was incredibly smooth during the air and at takeoff and landing. The staff was delightful and it was an overall great experience. Most efficient way to get between Cabo &...
