Bought a ticket. Cheap. Nice !!! Wanted to ask information about luggage allowance but NONE on the telephone were speaking English. NONE!!! In the 21st century and in an airline no one speaks english! OK i knew to communicate in Spanish thnakgod. After landing on Las Palmas from Fuerteventura, my fresh new baby carrier was damaged and the back side...

Flies on time. I bought a flight between Las Palmas and Fuerteventura in off-peak season1.5 months in advance at 12 noon (there were earlier flights as well), quite soon they called me that the flight is rescheduled on 8 am (causes huge problems on Fuerteventura to get to the airport in time as public transportation doesn't function earlier than 7...

I flew with Canaryfly from El Hierro to Tenerife North last week. I checked in my luggage only to discover upon arrival in Tenerife that all checked luggage was left in El Hierro. No one could offer an explanation or any clarity as to when the luggage would get to Tenerife. The matter is now with Iberia, who handle all...

We used this company to go from Gran canaria to Lanzarote. Just 20€, no check-in (we were already in the airport arriving from Italy) and water offered by the staff. My luggage was too big (but it is ok for Ryanair) and they put it into the hold without paying anything (and I took it in a moment at the...

This was a budget flight between the canary islands. It was very efficient and all the announcements on board were in Spanish and English. It was a little odd not having a seat allocation, so it was sit wherever you want. On-line check in was not the easiest but for €20 I'm not complaining. Will fly with them again next...

So, we had a flight with CanaryFly from Gran Canaria to Tenerife, and back. The first thing that was strange is that we didn't get a seat number on our tickets. They told us just to sit anywhere. I honestly thought that was going to be a problem - but it turned out to be no problem at all. The...

This was a short haul flight, only 50 minutes on a smallish plane, approx 100 seats. The flight was surprisingly smooth. Check-in was very painless, hold luggage was included in the price. We were given a glass of water, no biscuit (on Binter you were given both)

There's nothing wrong with the prices. It's the horrible website that you have to deal with when trying to book a flight. I can not understand why they don't have a english version. There's somewhat contradictory descriptions of some fields when trying to book flights if you are non spanish citizen. It would make much more sense if I could...

We flew Canaryfly both ways from and back to Fuerteventura. Everything was simple, easy and straightforward. The flight price was excellent being non-residents and we were able to change our flight back by one day quite easily and without too much additional cost. The views from the plane were good. We saw Tiede on Tenerife on the way there.

As a resident of El Hierro I wished to try the newcomer airline as comparison with the incumbent. The experiences were very similar and the differences insufficient for me to avoid either in favour of the other. Factors will be cost and convenient timing. Canary Fly does not offer newspapers or chocolate bars like the other airline but it has...
