This flight was operated by Iberia. My reservation was OK when I got to the check-in counter. Due to the fare I got a seat in the middle, I thought it was going to be uncomfortable but it was not that bad. The meal during the flight was good. Departure was on time, which was pretty good for me, since...

With more than 5 million miles with most of the worldwide airlines, I can consider myself a reasonable globetrotter. I was badly impressed flying premium economy in Latam : formerly TAM and for a 8 hour flight the company does not offer a simple bottler of water for the customers. Penny pickers.

My son is an aviation geek and wanted to have a flight on a dreamliner, as we had already planned to go to Frankfurt we decided to travel via Madrid. For £33 it was also a no brainer. We were impressed with Latam the flight was smooth, clean, the staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely book with them...

This review is about LATAM changing flight times, cancelling flights and their 0800 number from New Zealand. LATAM moved my 2nd flight forward by 35 minutes which means the previous connecting flight (all ticketed via eDreams) arrives only 1hr 10min earlier. They eventually changed the 2nd flight to a later flight which 4 weeks later they cancelled reinstating the original...

Latam international is a great airline. The Dreamliner is a great airplane. However their internal flights are a joke. They are allowed to over book each flight by 10%. We were bumped in Santiago to Port Varas and had to wait 5 hours for another flight. No one spoke English so very stressful. Our flight from Puerto Arenas to Santiago...

The flight itself, crew, and planes are absolutely fine. The problem we had was cancellations/delays. Before even leaving for Chile, LATAM cancelled our flight from Santiago to Punta Arenas. While unfortunate because they rebooked us on a 4:40am flight, they at least gave us lead time to plan accordingly. That was not the same for our flight back because this...

Evening flight from Heathrow to São Paulo. The plane was packed and felt very cramped - seat configuration 3 -4 - 3. We were given a small meal ( dessert was a single chocolate) . Breakfast was a warm croissant or omelette. - if I you get hungry I would recommend taking a sandwich with you....There was also no drinks...

We were almost an hour late leaving for no apparent reason. Nothing served not even water due to some turbulence. Just a lot of wasted time .

About LATAM Airlines
In August 2010, LAN and TAM Brazilian Airlines announced plans to merge their companies into a single brand and operation to be known as LATAM Airlines Group. TAM and LAN together serve around 115 destinations in 23 countries with a combined fleet of 280 aircraft. In May 2016, the new brand of the combined carrier was revealed and the phasing out of the individual airline identities began. While the airline will still maintain separate IATA codes for the former airlines, the identity, product and service standards have begun to be standardised. The merged carrier, the largest in Latin America, is known as LATAM Airlines, a member of the oneworld alliance.
