StelaSD: May is normally unstable, from chilly to warm, but not too hot, might be windy. Riga is rather humid. This might be the only difference between Riga and Jelgava in weather, if any ... more

Try the Hotel Riga - cant be more central. The standard is old but nice and clean - I have stayed there several times when no apartment available. They advetise from eur 45 http://hotelriga.lv/ Ha en trevlig resa och upphold ;) ... more
