... If it's low season, you will probably get somewhere for the weekend. Also 20 minutes from the town, you could try Mount Juliet (mountjuliet.ie). They have lovely apartments and houses which they rent on a nightly basis. They are fairly expensive, but good value for what you get ... more

... good are the Rose Garden apartments, but only if you get a whole two-bed apartment to yourself. Sometimes they expect people share if the hotel rooms are full. Try and get a good deal by phoning. The hotel is very quiet at the moment and if anyone is interested ... more
