In an Apartment review I read it was 'roasting hot' - in March - if the windows were closed. Does anyone have any guidance on what the weather will be like in May end? Should I be asking about fan/airconditioning when booking accommodation in Inverness in May end? ... more

... the hear source for a "roasting hot" apartment in May would be the apartments own central heating! I doubt the sunshine would have much impact. Air con is not common in Inverness- it is not required! I'd expect 14-18C, with big variations possible, especially in the wind. Abs ... more

Hi Mountainlazy, We stayed in one of the Connel Court apartment's in Ardconnel St. It is located about a 2 minute walk to the main street & about 5 minute walk from the tourist information centre where a lot of the tours seem to depart from. Hope that helps! ... more
