The house arises from the recovery of the old building, from which the structure was kept, with respect for its surroundings and being incorporated a new floor in mezzanine which provided a unique modern architecture to the building, unlike the traditional typologies.

At your service there are two floors, at the top you have 2 double bedrooms in mezzanine with magnificent views, and toilet, underneath you have the social areas in an open space, a cozy living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island.
The house is in a public and majestic dock so be advise that there is no private backyard.

It has various tourist attractions, including, natural pools, beaches, varied water falls (being the “Bride's Veil”, one of the most famous of the island), levada walks and on top the beautiful Laurissilva National Park declared world heritage by UNESCO.
There are restaurants, bars, some local commerce and also the privileged possibility of buying in the same dock delicious fishes directly from the fishermen newly arrived from the sea.
