The house is in a public and majestic dock so be advise that there is no private backyard. Seixal is a village in the municipality of Porto Moniz, characterized by breathtaking landscapes and excellent microclimates, which makes agriculture and fishing its main activities. It has various tourist attractions, including, natural pools, beaches, varied water falls (being the “Bride's Veil”, one of the most famous of the island), levada walks and on top the beautiful Laurissilva National Park declared world heritage by UNESCO. There are restaurants, bars, some local commerce and also the privileged possibility of buying in the same dock delicious fishes directly from the fishermen newly arrived from the sea.
