    Magnolia is one of the jewels of neighborhoods in Seattle. We enjoy views of Puget Sound, downtown Seattle City Lights, the Cascades and even Mt. Ranier from our two bluffs. It is one of the prettiest, safest and probably the quietest neighborhood close to the city; and unlike Queen Anne or Green Lake - you will actually be able to find free parking right in front of the property for 3 cars; a fast declining luxury. It is filled with immaculately kept single family homes with gorgeous year around gardens and mature trees. And if you don't want to rent a car; there are 3 bus lines within a block from the house; which will take you to your favorite Seattle destinations in probably 20 minutes or less!

    The house is over 2000 square feet with many high end finishes; while also maintaining its hominess feeling. Guests always comment how comfortable they feel here and how great the kitchen is set up for cooking and enjoying lovely meals. There is even a breakfast nook for comfor...
