    This Traditional Irish Cottage is over 200 years old and is situated on the Dock Road. If you coincide your walk from the cottage to the harbour to meet the trawlormen you can be sure to get some great fresh fish, crab and lobster. There is a great sized BBQ (converted forge) on one of the patios where you can cook the fish.

    The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6-8 people. There is a traditional open fire in the lounge. The cottage backs onto the estuary which at low tide you can cross and walk onto the beach which extends to Grange Beach.

    The cottage is a short walk (10-15 Mins) to Fethard Village where you can enjoy the hospitality, food, music and entertainment at Nevilles Pub and Molloys Pub. There are also a number of restaurants, the Village Kitchen, Chinese restaurant, Fish...

    There is a Master bedroom with one double bed and a single bed. There are 3 windows and a velux window which boasts views of the estuary.

    The second bedroom is a small double bed room, with a window facing the garden.

    The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds (predominantly used by children) and a single bed. There are 2 windows, one has views of the beach and estuary the other looks onto the cottage garden.

    The Kitchen is well equipped and has a large dining table. Also in the kitchen, there is a multi fuel burning stove which heats radiators throughout the cottage.

    There is one toilet and shower room (newly refurbished) located upstairs next to the bedrooms.

Stayed at Innyard for a week and we were blessed with lovely weather so got to avail of the beautiful garden. Nice quiet location but not isolated.Great beaches within a short walk. The cottage has all modern conveniences but is olde worlde. If your over six foot it might not suit.... more

We enjoyed our brief stay at this authentic cottage. No bad surprises but a few very nice ones ie. fresh vegetables, milk, bread etc supplied on arrival. Would certainly return on a future occasion as we very much liked the area, the cottage & it's garden- much loved by our grandchildren. Only thing we found to be a bit of... more

This is a cottage we keep returning to time and time again. It is a stress free drive from the Dun Laoghaire ferry and cottage is easy to find. The cottage itself is really homely and well equipped.
