Meltemi is children friendly. A box with toys is waiting for our little guests.

Perfect haven for a relaxing idyllic Greek island holiday!
This was our second visit and it won't be our last! Katerina our host is extremely friendly and welcoming, making us quickly feel at home. It is an excellent place for those who want a quiet and relaxing traditional Greek island holiday The apartment is spacious with good facilities, perfect for self-catering, with good shops and produce within short walking distance. The nearest beach is within 2 minutes walk, and Piso Livadi with its picturesque harbour, restaurants and beach is also close by.
What makes this apartment special is the garden and outside facilities, providing an idyllic space to eat and relax in peace. It is a haven from the world and we are looking forward to returning!

Relaxing and peaceful haven for an excellent holiday!
Location is great - 3 mins from Logaras beach, and 10 mins from Piso Livadi, with its fantastic harbour restaurants and sandy beach. Bus stop at the bottom of the road with easy, quick and cheap access to other parts of the island. The apartment was great - the two of us had our own room with balcony each, and the best bit was the beautiful and secluded shady terrace. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, and even gave us some figs from the garden! It is true that the kitchen is small but it truly is well stocked and much better than many other so-called self catering places I have stayed.
I love this location and the apartment is a great place to stay for those like me who want to get away from it all.

Friendly owner, great location and lovely garden.
Myself and my daughter had a really great stay at Meltemi in Logaras. It is less than 3 mins to the beach and local tavernas. The location is also very convenient for the local buses to the capital Paroikia is 45mins but only €2.50, the wonderful beaches (Golden Beach highly recommended), the gorgeous fishing town of Naoussa - very pretty, great restaurants and lovely boutiques. Meltemi is also less than a 10 minute walk to the delights of Pisso Lavadi, which has a really good range of tavernas and the port where you can pick up excursion boats to Santorini etc. The apartment we stayed in upstairs had their own balconies but also it's own private garden, with tables, seating, a small olive grove and a tree filled with cicadas to serenade you over your sun-dappled breakfast. The owner Katerina is very friendly and informative. Thank you we really had a great holiday.

Peace, beauty and figs!
Great apartment, great location close to the beach at Logaras, within walking distance of Piso Lavadi. Both Logaras and Piso Lavadi have excellent restaurants and bars and there are supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance of the apartment. The bus stops at the bottom of the street by the apartment, so great location if you don't want a car either.
The beach is at the bottom of the street, less than a 2 min walk and is perfect for families, the sea is so blue and warm...life guard on duty and a row of beach tavernas under the pine trees offering great local food and wine for really reasonable ( sooo cheap) prices.
Katerina is a perfect hostess, offering us tips on places to visit and even generously gave us fresh figs from the garden, which were delicious. She couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable and it's a lovely relaxing setting.
The apartment itself is in traditional Cyclades style, whitewashed with blue shutters, outside we had both our own lovely patio area with table and chairs under the shade of the trees and 2 balconies to watch the sun go down over the sea. Inside we had a compact, but well equipped kitchen and fresh towels and linen....everything is spotlessly clean....wifi, aircon (useful in August!).
Would return both to the area and the Meltemi apartments and really recommend them.
Thanks Katerina for a lovely stay!

A quiet and welcoming place for relaxing holidays, with various beaches accessibles on foot and many restaurant nearby.
Owner was very welcoming and propose a great place. The appartment is well placed and charming.Three beaches accessibles on foot (with some activities, restaurants, bars, music for Pundabeach) and restaurants nearby. With a car you can access many others beaches like Golden beach and visit beautiful villages just near like Lefkes or Marpisa with its mills. Then all the island is accessible in 30 minutes max by car. Paros is a great destination for relaxing holidays, and Meltemy appartment a good choice for good vacation.

Great Getaway
It was our first time on Paros, and by a stroke of good fortune we ended up in Logaras. It is a relatively short bus ride from the charming port of Parikia The little seaside community offers a great family environment for those who simply want to enjoy the beach. We also couldn't ask for a better place than Meltemi apartments. Katerina was there to greet us at the blue gate and show us to our rooms.
It is an extended house with 8 apartments, each opening out onto a wonderful courtyard shaded by sea pines and olive trees. Great place to unwind after a day at the beach, which you can see from the upper balconies. It is in easy walking distance to a friendly super market, where you can stock up on food and fresh vegetables and fruits, cooking your meals in the kitchenette and enjoying your repast in the courtyard.
The rooms are very clean. terrazzo floors and white marble sills transported me back in time to our old house in Florida. There is air conditioning if the heat is too much, but we found the evenings cool and comfortable in August.
Logaras has a handful of restaurants including an excellent pizza place called Mango's with genuine stone oven pizza. Piso Livadi is literally a stone's throw away where you can enjoy an excellent seafood dinner by the lovely small harbor at Kanavos or Helaris restaurants. You can also find Ben & Jerry's ice Cream at the small corner bakery.
You get around the island easily by bus but there are car and moped rentals at Piso Livadi. But, if you are like us you will find all you need within easy walking distance. Katerina is a wonderful host and we thank her for a great vacation!

Apartment with the garden
It’s clean house, apartment is big enough, there is balcony with see view. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. There is very pleasant enclosed court, with friut trees, where you can have breakfast or dinner. The sandy beach is very close the house, there are several good restaurants just at the beach. Katerina is very friendly and helpful housekeeper . There is a bus station near the house, so you can easily get to other towns of this island

Cozy appartments with homey feeling. Loved the garden.
Beaches, bakery, restaurants, all at walking distance. Road nearby, but quiet setting for nice walks. There is a regular bus service around the corner.
No wonder there are regulars who go there every year.

Paradise on Meltemi Paros
We had a lovely stay at the Meltemi appartment. It's a very cosy appartment in an old Greek traditional 'farmhouse'. The appartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden, where you can sit in the shade. It's very near the beaches, the village with restaurants, little shops and taverna's . We also had some nice walks in the area. The appartment is very clean and taken care off. The owners are very kind and helpfull with everything. It's been a paradise!

How to come to Paros
From Athens airport to the harbor:
From the airport of Athens to the harbor of Athens: ' Piraeus':
By bus:
Departures just in front of the airport entrance every 20 minutes; approximately 1 hour to Piraeus.
By metro:
Departures from the train station, just opposite of the airport; approximately 1 hour to Piraeus.
At Piraeus the bus stops near the train station, where just opposite (pass over the walking bridge) the boats to Paros will departure.
From Athens harbor, Piraeus to Paros:
In Piraeus you can take the ferry to Paros: departures twice a day; early in the morning or in the evening (17.30 hrs). It will take about 4 and a half hours to reach Paros with the normal ferry boat. There is also a High Speed boat (3 hours but more expensive).
Especially at the high season you better buy a ticket on-line from before (you can pick up the ticket just next to the boat).
Rafina harbor:
A good alternative, especially for the way back when you don't like to return at the busy Athens again, is to book a boat from Paros to Rafina instead of Piraeus (and also the other way around is possible).
Rafina is a small town half an hour by bus from the airport!
There is a small speed boat, more expensive than the boat to Piraeus) which passes the Islands Mykonos and Tinos and arrives within 3 hours at the port of Rafina. From there, after 100 meters, there is the bus directly to the airport. If you have a late afternoon flight back home, you can easy catch this flight the same day because you will arrive in Rafina at 14.30 hrs!
From Athens airport by plane
Olympic Air offers daily flights from Athens to Paros and back. The trip takes about 30 Minutes.
There are some possibilities, as a flight to Crete or Santorini and from there are daily boats to Paros.
100% refund within 24 hours after booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away).
50% refund* if you cancel at least 8 weeks before check-in
