The two bedroom apartment 'AMBER' is located in the heart of the historic centre of the magnificent city of Perugia. The unit reflects the colours of the jewel whose name it brings, therefore, all the furniture and accessories are of yellow, brown and orange shades. The unit consists of a small entrance hall with a double sofa bed (width 135 cm), one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, a kitchen and one bathroom equipped with a shower with a glass wall. The whole apartment has been renovated and refurbished in November 2014 and at the same time it has been equipped with new furnishings and accessories. The unit offers free WiFi and is fully equipped with everything that is necessary (bed linen, towels, electric appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, all kitchen utensils and initial supply of all cleaning products, Tv set, hair dryer, iron, drying rack, ironing board ...). Although the entrance to the property is located on the ground floor and is very comfortable for guests with luggages and for persons with limited walking abilities, the windows and the balcony are facing the first floor. The unit is a self catering accomodation - no meals are included in the price of the apartment. Anyway, the guests have also a possibility to join the breakfast, half-board or full-board option with the meals served in the nearby bar and restaurant.
The accomodation is a non smoking unit and it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
As the apartment is a part of a residential area in the historic centre, no parties are allowed in the unit and the guests are required to respect all the rules including the respect of the night sleep and avoiding violent noises during the night time.
The property is located in the heart of the historic center of the magnificient city of Perugia, a few steps from the main attractions of the city. Just out from the house the guests will find themselves walking around the picturesque streets of Perugia and will be literally shrouded by the charm of the ancient walls of this wonderful city. In a few minutes you can reach Corso Vannucci, Palazzo dei Priori, Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Fontana Maggiore, the underground city of Rocca Paolina, Morlacchi Theater, Etruscan Well and Etruscan Arch ... The accommodation is within a walking distance from the University for Foreigners and from the famous Porta Sole private clinic and is very close to plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, taverns, pastry and ice cream shops, pizzerias ...

The apartment can be easily reached either by car, either by the means of public transport thanks to the nearby Minimetrò station. It is also convenient for guests to arrive by train (the train station is about 2 km far). The area where the apartment is located is well connected also with the airport of Perugia - Sant'Egidio (possibility of transfer by public shuttle or private taxi). In the proximity of the apartment there are either free parking spaces (limited spaces subject to availability), either pay and display car parks (hourly or daily rate). In addition the Minimetrò connects the historic center to the large peripheral parking area in Pian di Massiano, which is free and also offers a possibility of long stay. Please note that the apartment is located in the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and therefore the access is restricted to scheduled times subject to the decision of the Municipality of Perugia.
