Tulip House is centrally located in the residential neighbourhood of Kitsilano, just minutes away from UBC, many beaches and downtown Vancouver, in a totally renovated Craftsman Style house. We are across the street of a small city park overlooking the ocean with a view of Vancouver, Stanley Park, and the North Shore Mountains.

The suite which is 1,000 square feet is at garden level with a south facing patio in a well maintained garden setting.The suite is luxurious and bright with 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 people. Modern furnishings, a spacious gourmet kitchen and dining room and an inviting fireplace make the suite comfortable and relaxing; antique decorations give it a tasteful and interesting flavour.

Tulip House is in possibly the most desirable part of Vancouver on Point Grey Road nr. Kitsilano. The 2 bed apartment is finished to a very high standard indeed and we stayed for 3 weeks as a family of four and were very comfortable, and I am fussy. Two bedroom walkout basement Hungarian flavoured accommodation in Kitslano. Kitchen and dining room very bright and well stocked with kitchenware. Living room also spacious and cozy with old style gas fireplace and TV. Wonderful hosts giving us chocolate treats and letting us stay way past normal check out time on day of departure. more

How to get there
Traffic patterns have lately changed in our neighbourhood so GSP and maps may not be up to date. You can no longer drive on Point Grey Road for any distance. It is now blocked off at various sections, to make it a quiet residential street, mainly for bicycles and pedestrians.

So it's best to drive along 4th. When you get to the corner of 4th and Waterloo, turn north on Waterloo ( to the ocean ) - probably a right hand turn for you, depending which direction you're coming from. Drive 4 short blocks and turn right on Point Grey Rd. You can park in front of our house.
