property as advertised, good location, quiet area, fantastic contact with the owner ( fast replys to any questions I had), it was a great and relaxing stay after a week of intensive travel in central part of India

Additional Rate and Availability Information
I charge a surcharge of $20/person/night extra for the 7th and 8th guest. This is to pay for extra laundry, linens and usage. I am flexible on this depending on the period and season of the stay.

A 50% deposit will secure your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the date of your flight. Please note the in case of cancellation the deposit is non refundable.

Upon arrival the tenant will be required to leave a cash deposit which will be returned upon departure (subject to the house being left as it was receieved with nothing broken)
