Because Toulouse is located in the south of France, it enjoys a milder climate that doesn't get too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. It is extremely pleasant, and many tourists choose to go here because of this. During the coldest months of January and February, the temperature remains constant between 8-12 degrees Celcius. During the warmest months of July and August the temperature remains constant between 26-27 degrees Celcius. These are extremely pleasant temperatures, especially for touring around. Toulouse gets the most rainfall during the month of May, and the least amount of rainfall occurs during July. The months that has the most sunlight are between June, July, and August. The best times to visit Toulouse are during spring and summer. The obvious reason is because of the weather, but also because the city comes alive at this time. Everything is in bloom and the sights and smells are wonderful. Everyone loves to get outside after being inside for the winter, and there are always outdoor activities going on.
