- " Sandra yet another local lady chef " just like Princess in her van with the same fresh island menu on the Sandy Lane Golf Course Entrance side of the main west coast road leaving Sandy Lane Hotel on route to Coach House . The S.L.H Staff plus many locals and visitor's in H cars etc. all enjoying a freshly prepared lovely island meal under $10 . US

- Curry Roti Shop is also great for lunch . Located at the base Holder Hill corner just across from Daphne's and The House a wide menu of curries wrapped in Roti , a flat warm bread with curry fillings selected from shrimp packed with potato to chicken or beef or all veggies etc. under 10 $ US US

-" Cheryl " at Weston fish fry next to John Moore Bar on Fridays and Saturday nights only they often have the local village Tuk Band for live music , more local and fresh menu plus sweet potato pie - real home made chips freshly fried in front of you etc. Under 10 $ US dinner

- Fish Fry traditional menu at Paynes Bay Market next to The House and Daphne's etc. small and no music but all fresh and local dinner fresh under 10 $ US with selection of fish- pork- chicken rice salad etc. Or a few steps away try the " Tall Hat Chef Pavilion " in front of a small road side church next door to Tuckaway Ice Shop also in Paynes Bay on week ends for island dinners

- The Fish Fry only Friday and Saturdays evenings at Six Men's Bay St Peter and Half Moon Fort St Lucy offer music . many locals mingling , great fresh local menu dinner and a Banks Beer under $ 10 US US

- The coconut guys " Terry and Alvin " at Holetown across the street from Police Station entry with fresh picked coconuts at $ 1. 00 BDOS with straw to drink then they make slice of green coconut so we may eat white soft coconut meat.

- On a hot day Tuck-away Ice cream all natural and made on site at yellow chattel house with large wrap around terraces to sit and relax in the shade of their garden .Tuck-away approx. 7 building south from Coach House Pub with island flavours like coconut sour sop ginger mango plus chocolate vanilla strawberry , banana splits, mike shakes etc. give a sorbet made of lime or mango a try ... filling cold and delicious huge serving under $ Bdos 5.00 US

- Ladies in Speightstown looking after stacked wooden trays filled with tropical fruit from bananas papaya mangoes oranges etc. ... buy what you wish to have for lunch even add Avocado and still under $ 10 US US fresh healthy lunch

- Local Bakery in Speightstown near to Band Stand and Church for fresh baked local coconut cakes , jam puffs , sausage rolls , coconut turn overs- meat pies etc. under $ US 5.00 US for a combo lunch as you desire of sweet and savoury pies and cakes.
