Viviana met us at the agreed upon time and she showed up around. The place is welcoming and well kept. Our room had a queen size bed and a twin bed with a private bathroom next to it, perfect for the three of us (1 adult + 2 children).
The breakfast was excellent, well made and plentiful. Viviane has lots of documentation available regarding the surroundings as well as places further away.
The pictures depict the property exactly. There are no surprises as everything is described perfectly well on her website. Viviana speaks excellent English and was very friendly to us. The bedrooms are in the back of the house and there is a door separating the bedrooms from the living room and the kitchen making the place very comfortable for parties with different schedules. We woke up early and had breakfast before everyone else and didn't bother other guests who liked to sleep in.

We stayed just one night at this wonderful home. Viviana came out to welcome us and we knew immediately that we'd chosen just the right place to stop over on our travels from Venice to the Cinque Terra. The countryside is breathtaking and the nearby village is just perfect for a quiet authentic Italian meal. Our accommodation was 2 large rooms - one QS bedroom and the other a large lounge room. Viviana was so warm and helpful with her knowledge of the area and made us feel like we were friends who had been away for awhile. Very relaxed and very private. We would definately recommend to others and hope to return one day ourselves.

Staying in B&B da Viviana fulfiled my expectations on nice holidays. A nice house situated in beautiful area provides the best possibility for dreamed-of vacation. The owners are very kind and helpful with everything needed. Top-rated service and rooms. By my own experience l recommend this B&B to people who would like to have holidays in this area.

We have now stayed at B&B Vivana quite a few times as we have been looking for a house in the area, it is always truly a wonderful place to stay. Viviana is a lovely host who has a fantastic knowledge of the area and will always go out of her way to help in anyway she can. The Bed and Breakfast itself is very clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular. At the end of a long day it is a tranquil haven to return to, where you can sit on the balcony or patio, enjoy the views with a glass of wine.
The area has much to offer and although there are no restaurants on the site there are plenty close by in Castelnovo n'monte and the surrounding area. Breakfast is always an event, being able to chat to Viviana is truly wonderful and we have often taken her advice on places to visit and things to see.
