Family stayed at the two bedroom apartment as did mark99 but our experience was not very satisfying.
We left our feedback with booking .com but this has not been printed so leaving our views here. We arrived and were welcomed in politely with various rules outlined, the one that surprised us the most was no food consumption of any sort at the apartment, this was a first and made it awkward with two teenage kids.
The stairway was steep and narrow no support and difficult with suitcases particular for people with mobility problems. Furniture was nice although generally not useful as was filled with owners stores. Wallpaper and rugs were drab and worn out, mirrors sat on the floor lights did not work, much need of an upgrade, the floor had lots of hair and food crumbs which we were unable to clean as no utensils provided (perhaps only the English are not allowed to eat in the rooms). The location and outlook from the property was very nice and peaceful, although finding it or getting in and out of the town was not easy due to the very narrow roads and obscured location. Language was a bit of a barrier, breakfast was very basic and not particularly generous. What disappointed me was an event on the second day with the owner(four night stay). As we were unable to have lunch at the apartment we decided to have a picnic, purchased some drinks left them in the apartment and went to do some site seeing prior to lunch. This holiday was three months in Europe and the middle east, my son (15) stayed at the apartment to do some school work in peace. Within half hour the owner come inside the rooms (unannounced ) gave my son a lecture about no eating (he had a glass of water on the window sill) checked the apartment over and left. I found this behaviour unacceptable, no further mention or apology was made by the owner although I think she was a little embarrassed by her manner. I think the property is more suited to couples as owner seems suspicious of families and we found the property not as enjoyable as it could have been
