just arrived back from the eden last night, there was a group of 13 of us including 5 children.just wanted everyone to know how good the kids club was as all 5 children loved it and it gave us adults plenty of free time. the kids club reps were really nice and i know my 2 boys are going to miss them as they were brill. rooms lovely and clean, food great but has gone very pricey since last went to peurto rico 3 years back. this time around we all found the europa centre much better than the main centre so saved lots of money on taxis. the chill bar at the europa was brill the dj's leo and mark were cracking guys and made it a holiday to remember, if you like karaoke and shot quiz, you'll love it. they give children free drink till 11pm which our kids thought was brill. another good night was in the barbacoa, the drag queen trixie lyx is awesome and a must see, but men beware haha. the barbacoa does beautiful full english if you like to go for breakfast but would not recommend sunday dinner, it was DISGUSTING. we all had a fantastic time there and would recommend highly for families, kids will love it.

Just got back from Eden and can't believe the amount of people who have complained about this accomodation. I was so worried about going after reading recent reviews but so glad i took no notice. Apartments are basic, pool is quite big and kids club is fantastic. I couldn't get my daughter out of there. Would you believe I didn't see one cockroach or ant ??? I expected the place to be infested. Ha ha !!!
Apartments are at the top of the hill but easy to get around, walk to beach is downhill and takes about 25 minutes. Taxis are everywhere and costs about 2-3 euros at the most.
Amadores Beach is out of this world. Beautiful Turquoise waters.
There is plenty going on at the apartments. Evening shows every evening. I must admit they did seem loud but we slept through it when we didn't go to them ourselves.
Kids club is fantastic. Have i said that before ? ha ha. They also did evening clubs and mini discos for the little ones. Most of staff were very friendly and there was always a rep on hand, cleaners came into room majority of days.

just back from the eden went with 13yr old son and my husband and two of our friends rooms are basic but all most people do is sleep there not set up home! only problem we had was bathroom not ventilatied so got very steamy when we all had a shower but not major problem. The pool was warm my son enjoyed the fact that he could swim all the time pool area is fine plenty of sunbeds when we were there and seemed to be a sun trap staff were friendly. Didnt eat at hotel went to europa centre which had a few bars and resturants but due to credit crunch prices not much cheaper than at home. The location is quite good could walk down to the main beach via steps all 600 of them! or go to amodores beach via the road which took approx 20 mins and this from someone with walking diffuculties in all a good holiday for the price

The worst accommodation I have stayed in Puerto Rico! Our first room lasted a night as my grandmother and mother were awake all night from the noise created along the side alley which we backed on to. The second room was infested with ants! Ants in your pants quite literally. The rooms are dark and dingy desperately needs updating. The pool area is shabby and cramped; the solarium is fairly quiet though.
One of the male staff in the poor bar was creepy and wouldn’t leave my mum alone, cringe. The food from the hotel is very bland but about right for the money they charge to stay there.
My grandmother enjoyed the bingo which was played regularly in the bar.
The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful and about the only positive aspect of these apartments.
