As a Hotel Manager myself I was astonished by how horrible this hotel was. Trying to say even one nice thing about my stay is hard to do. Location was the only plus. The room was dirty (blood on the window shades). The service was horrible, upon checking in, the bellperson and Manager were reading a gossip magazine at the desk and barely looked up to notice we were standing there to check-in. No smiles, No professionalism, just poor service. Upon checking out of my dirty room, I gave a note to the Manager to let her know about the blood on the window shades as to not cause a scene at the desk and she looked at it and asked for my credit card for payment without another word. I would recommend that the Management of this hotel take a hard look at the services they are offering if they expect any return clientele.
