“Suite Deal”

If you can get this place at the price we paid ($72.79 total), do it. There's a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and dishes in the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the location was good, and the staff was friendly. What else do you need when you're only there to sleep? I'd normally expect to pay over $100 for the same room, so this was quite a sweet deal. Just a warning, though: there was no hair dryer in my room.

“A great no-frills hotel.”

The staff is very customer friendly. The location is good. Everything is clean and well-maintained. There was a little water pipe noise before I went to bed, but it stopped before I went to sleep. I did not hear any noise (TV, talking) from adjacent rooms. I highly recommend it if you are on a budget.

“Spartan but affordable, clean and friendly”

Located right across the street from a small shopping center that has a publix and a number of very good local restraunts. They are chain types though and not intended for tourists. Very convienient if you don't want to have to run downtown for everthing. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the price is very affordable. I would definitaly stay at one of these hotels again.

“Best stay for great price!!”

This hotel was one of the best that I've stayed in in Savannah while on business. My room was a studio with a full kitchen. It was clean and did not have any odd odours that I typically find in hotels. The staff was friendly and accomodating and we plan to go back this weekend. Recommend it for those who do not want to spend a lot of money but still would like to stay in a good hotel.

“Great Deal, Great Stay”

The Extended Stay in Savannah is a great deal. I stayed here for 5 days in March 2003. The hotel is really very nice, especially for such a bargain price. The entrance and lobby is very attractive, the front desk staff were very friendly, my room was very nice (2 double beds, tv, recliner, air conditioner you control, nice bathroom), and the best part is the kitchenette. It contains a large refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, cabinets with dishes, silverware, and pots, and a stove top. This can save you alot of money on meals. Even if you don't end up cooking much the large refrigerator is great for cold drinks, storing leftovers, and sandwich supplies. Remember to bring your own paper towels, sponge & dish detergent though. Or, stop for them at the Publix grocery store located in a nice little plaza just down the road. I loved this grocery store and the plaza also has a nice cafeteria style restaurant and alot more. Note: Abercorn is one of the divided median streets with interesting turn around spots etc, but its easy to get used to. I only wish I had the time to stay for 7 days since the last two would have been free with the weekly rate! I will stay here again.
