The food is very good, although not comparable with some high end restaurants in Pollenca like" Il Giardino", and prices very reasonable. All in all we would recommend this restaurant as it is absolutely worth a visit.

The food is very good, although not comparable with some high end restaurants in Pollenca like" Il Giardino", and prices very reasonable. All in all we would recommend this restaurant as it is absolutely worth a visit.
We visited establishment 6/2010. Ordered starters and lobster.
Service faults:
1) Wine was not asked.
2) Majonnaice was not served without asking.
3) Bibs were brougt in at halfway of lobster meal.
4) 1 Lobter cracker was broken, and not changed promtly. Device not checked beforehand.
5) "I do not care attitude" as pervasive experience
Unprofessional approach to service occupation as whole.
Can not recommend this restaurant.
If you like to taste the real Spanish kitchen, enjoy a real Spanish atmosphere with lots of local guests and being served by perhaps the most friendly staff of Alcudia, be sure you visit Bodega d'es Port. We went there to have lunch and enjoyed some lovely tapas dishes. Their green peppers "De Padrón" are heavenly!
After enjoying the views from the terrace, we left the restaurant two hours and an extensive lunch later (i.e. seven different tapas, three beers, a bottle of fine Chardonnay wine, two espresso and a dessert). "La cuenta" was just a mere € 75, which - in my opinion - is a very good price for these lovely dishes. We had a wonderful time at Bodega d'es Port, thank you very much!
I went to this restaurant with very high expectations after reading the reviews here. Maybe to high.
Had scampi in garlic and olive oil, and mussels in a creamy saus as starters. The scampi starter was good and the mussels were very good.
As main dish I had a filet mignon. Cooked to perfection, but it was to salty. And the vegtables could have been more exciting.
But I have to say, even though I didn't get a perfect meal, this is a very good restaurant which I recommend to everyone who likes to pay something extra for good food.
Nice view, nice menu, nice location, nice atmosphere and a little pricy.
There were 10 of us who visited Bodege d'es Port on 2 October 2009, the day after my 50th birthday. The service was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The food was absoutely what we were looking for in the way of excellent local Spanish quisine. We had a great experience there and our last night in Mallorca, my wife, daughter and I went back there as a perfect ending to a wonderful trip to Port d' Alcudia and Mallorca.
