I stayed at Hotel Stella Paradise this summer with my girlfriend after looking for a reasonably priced, but good quality hotel in Fuerteventura. Luckily this is exactly what we got.
We stayed all inclusive in the four star hotel in a sea view room and were very happy with the bedroom. It does seem that all double rooms are two single beds pushed together which wasn't ideal, but I believe this is quite common in some European hotels and wasn't really a problem.
The rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided if left in the bath. The room was very big, the air conditioning was very effective and it had a sofa, comfy chair and coffee table, which was much more than I was expecting.
The food was available from the poolside bar or the restaurant. There was plenty of choice including steak, meatballs, fish, chicken, risotto pasta, pizza, chips, burgers, salad, fruit. Basically despite having read some reviews that stated there wasn't a great deal of choice, even my girlfriend who is a fussy eater didn't complain.
The actual resort is lovely, lots of palm trees in the grounds, the mini train, a gym, tennis courts, lots of activities going on for kids and adults, the mini zoo which for a small zoo was quite impressive and had a bird and aligator show.
The beach from the hotel is a 5 minute walk, right across the road from the resort and is amazing. The sea and the sky are incredibly blue and i've not been to a nicer beach. One thing, it is windy, i don't remember it being an issue heat wise but some sand may get blown at you every so often.
The pools, there are three of them are not heated and are a bit cold, but nice and clean, big, and there are poolside bars at all of them, and the middle one has a buffet with burgers chips etc, the on tap san miguel was an especially good feature.
Overall I feel Hotel Stella Paradise was a very enjoyable hotel to stay in, if your used to five star as my girlfriend has been on family holidays, it won't match up to those standards, but for what you pay, and if you just want a good, reliable, clean, comfy, well furbished hotel, whose staff were always helpful, this is the one for you.
I had a great time so this might skew my perspective a little, but I really do think I couldn't have asked for much more from a holiday where nothing went wrong and the hotel was excellent.
Ask for a sea view room, this gives you your own balcony, if you ask for a standard room this is one...
