Lovely place and excellent attention from the owners. I would absolutely recommend this place and my only suggestion would be to place clearer signs along the road leading up to the turn off road. We happen to come upon this B&B by chance but we were not disappointed. Clean and well kept place.Comfortable rooms, clean bedding and towels and the free fast internet connection is a nice option they make available. The grounds are lovely and within a short walking distance along the creek to the national park.

Breakfast had a lot of assortments to choose from, more than enough to get you going for a full day of sightseeing. Liam and family have a great place and do a wonderful job. Look forward to staying here in the future.

We stayed at the cottage for a week and were amazed by the all mod cons,cleanliness and spectacular views. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating giving advice on the best walks, free internet access, free transport to and from local restaurant and arrranging taxi services to the station. The place is set in the most serence location next to the river with views up to the valley and into the Wicklow moutains. They are often visited by deer, badgers, foxes and you can hear the falcon flying above.The spectacular lakes, waterfalls, forests and mountains are a short walk away with well sign posted paths and wildlife a plenty. It's a magical place everyone should visit at least once and a must for all walkers, photoraphers, painters, writers and wildlife enthusiasts.

Riversdale Cottage and adjacent B&B in Glendalough, Ireland is one of the best places I have ever stayed. It has all mod cons in an ideal setting in the valley right next to the river overlooking a beautiful part of Wicklow National Mountain Park. The owners are very welcoming and attend to your every need including providing free return transport to the renowned local restaurant The Wicklow Heather. The views are so peaceful and breathtaking, with waterfalls, wild deer and accessible mountain walks, making it an ideal location for photagraphers, writers, painters and wildlife enthusiasts. It should definitely be on your list of places to visit at least once in your lifetime but I know I will be returing time and time again.. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our room was nice, clean, and a spacious. The major plus was the ability to use their laptop and printer which is in the living room. The view from every window in the house was nice since you would see the water and the trees. The pillows were a bit too flat for me, but overall I was happy with our room and private bathroom. Breakfast was good. It was great to know that there is a shuttle (van) to take you from the B&B to the nearby restaurant, Wicklow Heather Restaurant. The house chicken meal was tasted delicious. The house is situated across a trail. On this trail, if you head towards the restaurant, it will take you to one of St. Kevin's Christian sites and to the 2 lakes.
