I stayed at the Villa Rose Hotel in a family room and was very impressed with the size and comfort of the room. I cant fault my stay in any way, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and plenty of it, and the price was very reasonable considering I was on a tight budget. Well worth every penny, and made my visit to this lovely island much more enjoyable. I would just like to thank all the staff for making that possible.

i stayed in the above hotel 18/19 june 2010 my daughters wedding reception .A truly excellent experience of service from all the STAFF/OWNERS of the hotel .Nothing was too much trouble and the level of hospitality from the staff would have stating that this group could teach customer .

I recently stayed at Villa Rose for a close friend's wedding. The staff were more than helpful, the facilities were modern, clean and very comfortable. The wedding meal and entire experience was flawless and I would def reccomend it as a venue for weddings to other friends. Bedrroms were modern, clean and comfortable and I had a very relaxing and restful time. Breakfast had a good variety of continental and cooked items and staff were more than helpful. My one regret was that I wasnt staying for longer and that I didnt get to the amazing looking spa! Well done Villa Rose.

My wife and i have been staying in Donegal hotels for the past 25 years, Our first time spenting a few nights at the villa rose in Ballybofey.We were very impressed, decent size bedrooms,exceptionally clean,The entire staff from reception, dining room,bar and breakfast looked after us and nothing was to much bother.They all had a smile which is hard to find in some hotels today.The breakfasts were freshly cooked and tasted good,not self service and cooked for hours.Overall we were very impressed and was as good as some 5* hotels we haved stayed in.Well done10/10 and we will be back.
