This is an excellent privately owned hotel. It is conveniently located in the heart town on Wayne's main street, Lancaster Avenue. The hotel has a warm ambience, with a fire always burning in its beautiful and homey lobby. It also has a very sophisticated restaurant, which is very busy and well patronized by the local residents, which is always a good sign. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stay here every time I am in the area.

This is a bit of a style of substance venue as a hotel. Beds are not great, rooms are cleanish and the breakfast buffet rather poor. As a restaurant/destination for the great and good of Wayne it appears to be the place to hang out. If it were mine I'd upgrade the beds, keep the noise down a bit and offer a decent breakfast!

Room tip: if there is a party on you'll hear it

Love this sweet hotel. The lobby is warm and welcoming, fire burning upon arrival, front porch looking out over this great little Mainline town, great restaurant - Paramour- that was popping all night, great bar and service! Rooms are spacious and cozy at the same time, updated
Large bathrooms, and comfy beds! The private dining room off the lobby is gorgeous! Cannot say enough about Hotel and Paramour's atmosphere. We found this hotel driving through Wayne one evening as it was all lit up and so inviting.
We vowed next time we had to come up from DC we would stay here- and we will be back!!!

Our daughter was just married at the Wayne Hotel, and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything. From the congenial desk clerks to the accommodating housekeeping crew, our weekend was just perfect. The event planners attended to every detail in their seamless way, and the food was exceptional. It's the perfect place to hold a wedding (or any other function).
As guests of the hotel, we found the rooms to be tastefully decorated and clean. The continental breakfast that comes with the room was the best that we have had anywhere.
It is not far from Philadelphia, so there is easy access to the city by car or by train. Wayne is a charming, thriving town with several good restaurants. Valley Forge is only two miles away, so you can make it a family vacation, as well.
Our overall experience was outstanding!

Room tip: Our guests occupied several rooms, and everyone was pleased. Room 502 is a beautiful suite.

Hotel is surprisingly classy and rooms are fairly sized and have all the amenities of a modern hotel. I came to Lancaster for a work conference and decided to stay here due to availability on such a short notice. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly and breakfast was included. Only concern i had was the outside noise from the car traffic and the nearby building's rooftop A/C units. If I'm ever in town again, I will definitely consider staying here again.
