I had went to Sesame Place in 2013 and noticed the location of this hotel, and decided for our 2014 visit (we live in San Francisco) that I would stay at this hotel.

Great customer service. We checked in and the room was nice and comfortable. Liked the shower area and design. There is a play area for children and the free breakfast worked perfectly.

They have a children's play area, and again - the location to Sesame Place makes it a VERY short walk. You can leave in the middle of the day, take a nap with the 3-year old, and it was very good.

On our last day they allowed us late check out at 1 PM (we cut it close, but we did it). Free valet parking and willing to work with us was a great help.

Overall, the customer service and the location make this my first choice of places to stay in Langhore (also, the family loved the free breakfast).

As we are preparing to depart, i just must write to express the unbridled satisfaction with our stay. We had three rooms, and each was clean and well decorated. But the highlight was unquestionably the staff. Beginning witjh Julie, the night auditor who could not have been more accommodating with some spcial needs, to all the day staff, most particularly Jessica...always a smile and willing to help...in spite of being confrontined with more children than most nursery schools!!!!

i would recommend this hotel to anyone, particuarly htode traveling with families...and the Sesame Place dstination....could not have made our vacation more wondrful

Just visited this hote with our 3 grandchildren (4yrs, 4 yrs & 5 yrs)l hotel was clean, staff was very friendly,Sesame Place directly across the street. Perfect if traveling with small children so you can come & go as you please. Complimentary hot breakfast to start your day. Could not hear noise from either side which was great considering how many kids were there. Play room could use an update on toys but the kids still enjoyed it. Pool although a little on the small side, felt like it was bath water. sink in bathroom was not really a great choice for kids but we managed. Overall it was a great choice.

The Springhill Suites is a really nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
There are just a couple of things that we thought should be addressed:
*the bathroom door is absolutely ridiculous...looks nice don't get me wrong but it is completely impractical and does not maintain privacy (the little ones thought it was funny to keep sliding it open and close).
*there aren't enough safety handle bars around the bathroom. only one beside the shower was placed. There should be one on each side of the toilet to help elderly people/those with disabilities.
*The toilet seat was way too low; also a concern for elderly people/those with disabilities.
Otherwise the room was comfortable and the pantry and microwave was a great convenience. Thanks Springhill Langhorne!
P.S. The valet guys were really great too...they offered to run to local market to get milk for my baby when a storm was coming, wasn't that awesome!

Great hotel to stay at if you're visiting sesame place. We tried to get a 2queen bed room but they were all booked so we had a king room. It was a lot larger than expected. The ceilings are also very high which made the room seem even bigger. The bed and the couch area are separated with a desk area that has a partition. The bathroom is modern and spacious and was very clean. There is lots of storage space to pack away luggage so it's not in the way.

I was expecting it to be noisy given the number of small children in the hotel, but it was very quiet in our room. We couldn't hear the neighbours at all. Check in was quick (thankfully since it was a 8 hour drive for us). The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our car there even after we checked out so we could go back to sesame one last time.

The breakfast was better than expected. Lots of choices of breads, muffins, cereals. Hot items were available too (scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, waffles). There are a few restaurants within a short walk and more that delivered right to the hotel room.

The pol is small, but both times we went it wasn't busy and the temperature was warm. Towels were also available so you didn't need to bring your own.

A few small things that were inconvenient were:
-the sink in the bathroom is really high for little kids
-the bathroom doesn't have a lock
-the pull out couch is uncomfortable (4 of us ended up sleeping in the king bed)
-stains on the couch cushions

Overall the hotel was spacious, friendly, conveniently located and clean.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Room tip: If travelling with kids opt for a room with two beds as the pull out couch is very uncomfortable.
