We stayed overnight to attend a workshop held at the hotel. I couldn't believe all the negative reviews. I was expecting something terrible, but was really surprised when I walked in. The staff was very friendly from the time we walked in the door until we left. They saw to it that we were well taken care of. One review mentioned they didn't have breakfast. They did have a full breakfast bar or you could order off the menu. Everything was very clean. The rooms were big, beds were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing is there wasn't anything close by. You had to drive a ways if you wanted to shop. There were several eating places back under the interstate. It was a great place to stay if you're flying out or staying there for a meeting. Also it was a bit overpriced.

In short, the area on the bottom of the toilet bowl (the part where the screws go into the floor) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month - yellow with urine & with hair on it. The floor had hair on it. Dirty behind the door, and behind the toilet bowl. The shower curtain was crusty it hadn't been changed in so long.

We arrived at 12AM so tired from the flight that we just went to sleep and reported it in the AM, and they comped us the room for the night. However, shockingly, they did NOTHING to clean it that day. When we returned late that 2nd night, I couldn't believe it. So, they offered to move us, however, the second room was not much better than the first. No surprise there, really. I'm sure the same housekeeper was cleaning the whole floor.

There was no management there from Friday to Tuesday, so the front desk could only discount more off the 2nd night. We were so exhausted from the long day that we sucked it up again, not able to move to another hotel at 11 pm.

To this day, management has not contacted us to even speak to us about it!

We stayed here for one night for an early morning flight. The experience was horrible. The room was dirty, and the area was a little scary. I usually am willing to compromise on the room if the hotel is close to the airport but this place was horrible.

Over priced food, no breakfast included, slow cleaning staff, rooms were fair & recently improved. Over-priced.
