This was our first time staying in a Lands Creek cabin & it exceeded our expectations! Our extended family (6 adults, 4 children, & a baby) all slept comfortably in the cabin. The kids loved pulling up & seeing all of the Christmas lights, enjoyed all of the Christmas decorations, & loved that each TV was playing Christmas music. On Saturday the adults enjoyed playing cornhole while the kids ran around & gathered sticks. Everyone enjoyed watching the Polar Express DVD in surround sound before leaving for the Polar Express train ride. We could not have asked for more during our stay. The cabin was clean, had everything the kids or adults needed (& more), and the view was beautiful! We highly recommend the Eagle's Nest :)!!!

My partner and I did a 2 week road trip around the east coast and decided to venture into the mountains for a couple of days. We stumbled upon Lands Creek and decided to stay...what a great decision!

We were made to feel at home by Robin the owner, who has done a fantastic job of maintaining the cabins and the beautiful land surrounding it. He gave us some great advice about different walks and was generally a very helpful friendly man.

Our cabin was beautiful, we stayed in rabbit holler, which is one of the smaller cabins but it was perfect for us. It had 1 bedroom and a loft with 2 single beds, a kitchen, living room and bathroom with a shower. You have to keep your showers brief as there isn't an endless supply of hot water!

There is a supermarket about 10 minutes down the road to stock up on BBQ food, marshmallows and wine! Ask robin for his key fob and you can get discount there.

Wifi is available in some of the cabins, we didn't have it in ours but we didn't miss it! Our tv wasn't working on the last night but in a way we enjoyed that as it added to the experience.

Lands Creek is a wonderful place to stay and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Thank you Robin and family!

Lands Creek Log Cabins is a wonderful retreat in the North Carolina mountains. It is breathtakingly beautiful and cabins are already stocked with everything you need. It is better than home away from home. The owners and staff are amazing and make you feel like family. It is just a short drive from all the adventuring activities. They also have a creek and hiking trail with great views. We loved it and will absolutely come back.

We stayed in two different cabins over the weekend:

Hunton's: scary driveway but the view is worth it. Beautifully decorated and secluded.

Squirrel's Nest: website says it all. Within proximity of the other creek cabins but none of the cabins here are too close for comfort. Close to check in.

The property is beautiful and the cabin you select is as described. We checked out the woods cabins and they are definitely in the woods. The owners are friendly and personable, family oriented business and it shows. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Some friends and I stayed here for a few days and went zip lining at the near by Nantahala outdoor center. Rob and his staff were great! The grounds are very well kept and the cabins are spotless. We stayed in the Eagles Nest and the view is amazing! Four of us stayed in this cabin and we had more than enough room. I am already planning another trip back in December. Downtown Bryson City is within 5-10 minutes with great places to eat and shop. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area you will not regret staying at Lands Creek!
