The staff were super and did everything to make our stay a pleasant one. The workout facility is very good. The facility itself will work if you're a fairly heavy sleeper. Otherwise, I'd recommend finding another location. There are two issues: 1) it's near the Greyhound Bus Depot and there's sufficient traffic noise all night to be a problem 2) the AC mechnicals are noisy. I didn't eat the food but my wife said it was very good but a little pricey. I'd recommend the hotel to my friends but only the heavy sleepers.

This Westin was perfectly respectable and I would stay there again. The only downside was that the elevator was very loud and we could hear it "dinging" all night. And we were pretty far from the elevator shaft, so that was surprising.

I stayed here in confidence given the brand name. However...I found the hotel stale and "average" however very clean. The hotel had no personality at all. The parking situation is horrible. Valet parking is the only real option..(when there's no special events going on). When there is a special event (wedding, etc) at the hotel. Hotel guest are placed on the back burner and restricted from one of the main entrances and parking areas creating a huge headache for guest. This was my wifes birthday weekend and hugely disappointing. The room is 'good sized' with all the amenities including a full bar with all the trimmings. This ended up being a down-side as well. The prices for the in-room amenities are crazy considering the area. My wife and I made a point of not using or eating any of the items and were charged for things we didn't use anyway!! Which tells me they do not keep accurate records of the items they stock in the room.

I was truly expecting more from the Westin brand. This was largely disappointing. Bland service and hotel overall.

I personally have stayed at another local 3 star hotel that offered more value and comfort at lower prices. And the 3 star that I know of even serves up breakfast at no cost as well.

So how does a cheaper hotel offer more at a lower cost than Westin..? I think it's time for Westin to figure it out. Westin offers you nothing unless a hefty price tag is attached to it and is seriously lacking in personality and hospitality.

In it's current situation.. I would not stay at this Westin again. I was expecting way more comfort for the money and this was has tainted my view of Westin's in general.

Over the past five years I have stayed at every hotel on the Mt. Laurel/Rt 73 strip and the Westin has beat them all - for comfort, cleanlienss, service and value. This is a new hotel and it beams. Staff from bellman, to front desk, to waiters and housekeeping are equal to any of the luxury hotels I've stayed at throughout the world. Their attention to detail is spot on.

My stay was for five nites, as I was there for a wedding. And never, did I have a complaint about the place. For once, a heating/ac system that made no noise and 71 degrees was 71 degrees. And bonus, a window that opened to let the fresh air in.

The furniture and decor was sophisticated. And of course, the heavenly bed from mattress to duvet just wrapped me in elegance.

I do agree that the prices in the restaurant were high. A coffee, fruit and cherrios...$27.00 made me look elsewhere for my meal. But there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. And the Westin will be my preferred hotel when visiting family.

One more thing, the wedding was at this hotel too. It is a terrific venue!
