The staff at this hotel bends over backwards to make the stays enjoyable. I frequently travel to St. Louis and will stay at this hotel every time. They have accomodated my needs, are always pleasant and greet me by name upon check-in.

I chose this hotel for price and location. We have never visited the St. Louis area before, so being unfamiliar with the area plus the fact that my teenage boys wanted to go to Six Flags, which is also in the suberbs (about 20 minutes south of this hotel) this location seemed perfect. There is a HUGE shopping mall just across the freeway, with many restaurant options closeby. Our drive into the city was only about 20 minutes (on a Saturday). The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, not a large room or bathroom, but sufficient since all we really did was sleep there. My kids did use the pool, which is fine for an indoor pool. The breakfast area is pretty small, but a fine continental selection. We had a rental car, so free parking was important to us. All in all, not remarkable, but quiet and everything you really need.

No complaints... Nice, clean room. Morning breakfast is pretty good. Hotel had a small pool and hot tub which we did use.

I am in a hotel three days a week and usually try to stay at Hampton Inn because it usually fits my expense budget and the HH points. This is the Hampton Inn I look forward to staying at the most. For appointments around the St. Louis metropolitan, the location is excellent. The one minute drive to I-64 is great if you're running late. The suburban setting is relaxing after working all day and it is close to many restaurants. The staff is the friendliest of all the Hamptons at which I stay and they are efficient. If you have a confirmed reservation, check in takes less than 30 seconds, really. My request for 1st floor has always been met. The standard Hampton free hot breakfast is well run. All in all, it's a great place to stay.
