No complaints... Nice, clean room. Morning breakfast is pretty good. Hotel had a small pool and hot tub which we did use.

I am in a hotel three days a week and usually try to stay at Hampton Inn because it usually fits my expense budget and the HH points. This is the Hampton Inn I look forward to staying at the most. For appointments around the St. Louis metropolitan, the location is excellent. The one minute drive to I-64 is great if you're running late. The suburban setting is relaxing after working all day and it is close to many restaurants. The staff is the friendliest of all the Hamptons at which I stay and they are efficient. If you have a confirmed reservation, check in takes less than 30 seconds, really. My request for 1st floor has always been met. The standard Hampton free hot breakfast is well run. All in all, it's a great place to stay.

I learned my daughter was going to be needing a hotel room for the weekend of her equestrian event in St. Louis. I am a Hampton Inn Honors Member and wanted to surprise her since I could attend. I went online and found the nearest Hampton Inn, booked it with some free points that I had and paid the difference. I knew thats all I had to do as the Hampton Inns are notorious for meeting all of our comfort and quality expectations. As a little extra the hotel manager, after learning I was a Hampton Honors member, left a cookie basket in my daughters room with a note from me wishing her well for the weekend. I love the Hampton Inns and count on them for every vacation away from home. They are always clean, ready to help and very affordable. No poor surprises...

It was my 'me time as a bday present to myself'. I selected the Hampton Inn because its location and indoor pool and whirlpool. It is nestled away but so close to so many dining venues. Walt, Mark, LaDonna and Jason provided exceptional service when i had a concern. Although it was minor, they treated my concern as if was huge and took care of the matter pronto. I am well pleased that the employees are empowered to act fast to satisfy the needs/concerns of their customers. I will definitely be back and have already told several friends to come to this location for their 'me time' and now I'm telling you. You dont have to wait for a 'me time' because this staff makes you feel like any occasion is your 'me time'!! WHIRLPOOL...FANTASTIC!!
