I learned my daughter was going to be needing a hotel room for the weekend of her equestrian event in St. Louis. I am a Hampton Inn Honors Member and wanted to surprise her since I could attend. I went online and found the nearest Hampton Inn, booked it with some free points that I had and paid the difference. I knew thats all I had to do as the Hampton Inns are notorious for meeting all of our comfort and quality expectations. As a little extra the hotel manager, after learning I was a Hampton Honors member, left a cookie basket in my daughters room with a note from me wishing her well for the weekend. I love the Hampton Inns and count on them for every vacation away from home. They are always clean, ready to help and very affordable. No poor surprises...

It was my 'me time as a bday present to myself'. I selected the Hampton Inn because its location and indoor pool and whirlpool. It is nestled away but so close to so many dining venues. Walt, Mark, LaDonna and Jason provided exceptional service when i had a concern. Although it was minor, they treated my concern as if was huge and took care of the matter pronto. I am well pleased that the employees are empowered to act fast to satisfy the needs/concerns of their customers. I will definitely be back and have already told several friends to come to this location for their 'me time' and now I'm telling you. You dont have to wait for a 'me time' because this staff makes you feel like any occasion is your 'me time'!! WHIRLPOOL...FANTASTIC!!

The hotel is a bit off the interstate and it requires a few left and right hand turns.

1. Hotel was clean
2. Gym was bad
2a. Stairmaster was old and gross
2b. Treadmill made by same company as stairmaster but usable.
2c. TV in Gym was terrible, small bad sound, worth investment for a LCD flatscreen
2d. Mirrored wall not necessary as there are no free weights.
2e. No free weights? Cheap investment if added.
3. Food was decent
3a. Eggs not good
3b. French Toast Good
3c. Juice and Coffee Selection Good
4. Room was quiet
5. Bathroom not quiet, you could hear the elevator when you were in bathroom.
6. AC worked, but was tricky with energy savings mode.
7. Location not bad, near mall, off interstate but hard to find.
8. Nice Drury Inn across road, unsure how much more it would be to stay there, but no major complaints.
9. Internet code was printed on Room Key Holder, nice.

I've been staying here on an average of 5 days every 2>3 months, for the past 4 years. As stated in my title, Quality, Friendly and Good Value.
