My wife looked for a hotel in the Lexington area but then founf Rabbit Creek, we stayed two nights and it was excellent, it's a beauitful country setting and as soon as we walked in the door, it was very warm and like being at home. We stayed in the Honeymoon room and it was clean and quiet. Herbert, Glenda and their staff are very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. We go to the Keeneland races twice a year and after staying in various hotels Rabbit Creek was a great discovery. We have son in Versailles and from now on when we visit him we will stay at Rabbit Creek, it was a great weekend.

We went for the Keenland races (a short drive away) and a girls get-a-way. Rabbit Creek was a great change from the city.. surrounded by beautiful horse country...At breakfast we got to relax and talk with the owner Glenda & Herbert Reed, they made us feel like we were old friends. They have traveled all over the world and have wonderful stories to tell. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic.. I highly recommend it...

Room tip: Keenland room & Matt's room

After looking for a bed and breakfast in the Lexington area, we chose Rabbit Creek. Wow-what an excellent choice. We stayed 3 nights and look forward to returning. Glenda and Herbert Reed made us feel like royalty and family at the same time. Our room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. You can tell that they put some thought into each room and worked at making sure each room had character and was comfortable. Our room had a small refrigerator and coffee pot but it was so nice to wake up and smell coffee already made in the kitchen. The breakfast that was served each morning was awesome. The location was exactly what we wanted-in the middle of horse country. You cannot go wrong in chosing Rabbit Creek!! As we say in the south-You can't get any better!

After looking at all the normal venues for a wedding, my now husband and i chose Rabbit Creek. We went to check it out in Febuary but by the time June rolled around everything was in bloom andbeautiful. Glenda and Herbert were a blessing. Being my first marriage, i had noidea what to docand they helped us with everything. They had connections to everything from tents to cakes which everything was much cheaper going through Glenda. They made us feel at home and we hada ton of people stay there. Everything was perfect and i couldnt have asked for abetter place! Def not haunted or creepy.
