Relaxing, provided with champagne and chocolates. Loved it! The bathroom had jacuzzi tub and shower. HUGE hotel room, 2 bathrooms, living room, large master bedroom and bathroom, nice patio, river front. Enjoyed our stay.

Like other reviews. Good location. Great views. And yes, noisy Eagle Road but not really heard in the rooms away from the street.

I noticed a marked improvement in service at this Garden Inn over others.

1. I called to see if my room was ready. Larry not only provided me an update but took the time to call me back when my room was available.
2. Most hotels have a guest survey available in the room. I actually saw and talked to somebody on the their management team in the elevator actually had one in his hand to investigate further.
3. Front desk personal were always friendly. Not once did I feel a question of mine was an inconvenience.
4. Housekeeping actually left us alone with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on door. Instead, they slipped a little note under the door asking us to call them at anytime with any requests.

Wonderful! Beautiful, clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Location is on the Boise River in Eagle. Which is a fantastic suburb of Boise. I am not sure I would stay anywhere else! I felt welcome, safe and comfortable.

The Hilton Garden Inn Boise/Eagle is a fabulous place to stay!! From the moment of my arrival to my departure, I was treated as if I were VIP of famous stature!! The Inn itself is very lovely overlooking the Boise River; the lobby is welcoming with comfy chairs, sofas, tables, and a coffee/tea/infused water table. The afternoon cookies are quite tasty also! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the beds. The buffet breakfast is reasonably priced and very tasty!! The free internet is easy to access. The fitness room, indoor pool, and spa are a nice addition when the weather is too cold to walk along the Greenbelt. Its location allows quick access to downtown Boise, The Village at Meridian, to The Mall or any of the numerous restaurants/shopping/entertainment/recreational/sports areas around! Most of all, the staff is definitely friendly and helpful; they really go out of their way to make sure their customers have an outstanding experience!! The Garden Inn has become my new favorite getaway place in Boise/Eagle.

There is a lot of road noise from Eagle road and the bed are hard as rocks. My son actually moved from the bed t the floor and told us the floor was softer. The location of the hotel is nice, since it has quick access to Eagle, and the view of the river helped. I would not stay at this location again even if they offered it to me for free, maybe if they paid me. Not a good sleeping experience, and that is what a hotel is to me, a place to sleep.
