Room is nice and quiet, has a small fridge and a coffee maker. For me it was centrally located. There is no free breakfast. They do have a Bistro for you to purchase breakfast. Staff was very friendly.More

Courtyard by Marriott "WOW" Team
The hotel, location, staff were all great. There is a Bistro for bkft. Extremely overpriced, and understaffed for travelers. A bottle of soda, $2.65 !!!!! This is w/o ice or a glass.
The room was very nice, clean, odor free. Upper rooms were quiet.

The Courtyard by Marriott was a good place to spend the night before picking up our cruise out of Port Canaveral. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. They also had a free airport shuttle service provided by Melbourne Airport Transportation. We walked to a fast good chicken place and a grocery store that were near by. There were a few restaurants near by within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel's bistro was a little expensive and the service was slow.

Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne
We arrived late and checked in quickly.
Noticed some of the common area carpets looked a little worn and dirty. The rooms are exactly like every other courtyard. It was very predictable - nothing special. The bathroom sterile and basic. As little as needed to make it acceptable.
We decided to grab a bite at the bistro in the morning and the staff acted like we were putting them out by asking for a meal. When I went to ask for something else...same.
We parked in the lot and by morning the sprinklers covered the rear of our freshly waxed vehicle with a very hard water film - not too excited about this.
It is what it is...if you want something more than average w regards to service and aesthetics, go somewhere else.
Why bother? Cheap rate...maybe.

Rooms and beds were very good, internet OK, clean, breakfast was average, but coffee made it better. Service was the best part. Stayed there three times, and have not regretted it. I would suggest that mattresses be reviewed on a more timely fashion.

This hotel is in need of an extreme makeover. The carpets are worn and dirty. The rooms (at least the suite) is roomy, but boring. For the price paid, I'll stick with the beach hotels, but it is very quite and convent to many chain restaurants if your into them.
