This is an older property, but is still very well maintained. The 1 bedroom we stayed in had been recently remodeled, the kitchen had new (and pretty good quality) appliances. Tile floors throughout. The common areas are just starting to be remodeled (July 2014). The pool opens directly to the beach, with only the boardwalk to cross, no streets to cross. No restaurant on the property, and very few within walking distance, you will probably want to have a car. Which brings us to the biggest shortcoming of the HBT, the parking. There are not that many spaces total, and the two garages are really tight. Really tight, leave the SUV at home, bring the Mini. I would call the room size adequate; big compared to a hotel, but smaller than many condos, but typical of a lock off unit in a metro area. The beach is really nice. Rent a Mobo from Trikke rentals nearby to bike the boardwalkMore
