When we first entered it was hard to tell where the Check-In was because the Registration desk is blended into the bar which is blended into the food area. Once we realized this, the check-in was quick and easy and they were very nice. The room had pros and cons...
Pros: Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly Staff. Good Rates. Good, safe area and easy free parking. Our Room on 6th floor faced freeway but was still quiet. The A/C worked great. Other than the cups (see "cons") the room was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was very good which is important because I have thick hair and have actually stayed at hotels where I can't even rinse out my hair!
Cons: The coffee cups had dirty coffee grounds in them which was a huge turn off. I would prefer disposable cups for water & coffee because it's more sanitary than dirty cups. The breakfast was not good (eggs tasted like salted water and we had to wait on both mornings because they were out of coffee). The way the door into the shower was set up was very inconvenient and someone couldn't be at the bathroom sink if someone else needed to open or close the bathroom door. There was only a plug for one cell phone on one side of the bed.

Loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were amazing. I loved the 24/7 kitchen, maybe utilized it a little too much. Great location also!! Right off the highway and parking wasn't terrible.
