we stayed here the night before our early morning flight out of oakland airport. For a very reasonable sum, we were able to leave our car at the hotel for the week that we were gone and then take the shuttle to the airport. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

I stayed at this hotel while on a 4 day business trip. I booked their park and fly package which was an incredible deal. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, shuttle service was on time. Even the breakfast was decent. I would definately stay here again.

Expected just a low-end room for the night but this was exceeded. Large room for the price. Fairly clean although not "white-glove". Friendly staff; extra pillow provided quickly. Well maintained for a property in this price range. Outstanding (although unadvertised) wireless Internet in all rooms (also offered TV-based Internet but we did not test this). An above-average (for places in this price range) continental breakfast which was also unadvertised. Convenient for the airport and rental cars.

This is absolutely what you think it will be. Nothing more. Maybe even less given all the positive reviews. In fact, the comments here were so generally positive that we thought "hey, it's a la quinta, but maybe an especially nice la quinta." We needed a place to crash between a late flight into Oakland and our trip into SF the next morning, and for that purpose, it was fine. But we actually thought the price was a little steep for what it is. I would not have stayed here for an extended period of time. What I will add, though, is that the courtesy van drivers were very nice and that service is very useful.
