I had canceled my saved card on the Marriott web-site so it kicked me back when I thought I was done. I figured out I needed to update my credit card number and did so then hit submit, Evidently, the reservation page reverted to the current date rather than what I had asked for. (most travel sites save whatever the last search was.) I didn't catch the date change so wound up with a no-show! I checked my cell phone app prior to checking in and realized there was a problem. 20 minutes with customer service couldn't fix it and no manager was available when we checked in so had to wait till next day. Still no manager but later that day we got a call telling us they had straightened it out and charges were reversed for the missed day, Otherwise a typical Courtyard stay. Clean and comfortable.More
