I see that someone who paid $75/night gave this place 5 stars, and I would too at that price. $129 for a weekday in July was the lowest price we found, and it is not a great value at that price.
The only really negative thing I have to say is that the rooms are small and basic -- smaller than we expected from the pictures and for the price. The hotel is also right next to a freeway, but to tell the truth we did not notice any sound at night. Our room was at the farthest end from the freeway, though, so take that into consideration.
Everything else about the place was just fine. Our room had a microwave and a fridge. It also had a bathtub, which is important to us. The A/C worked well and was quiet. The bed was comfortable and a plus for me was that the pillow seemed to be a feather pillow rather than a foam one. There was a 27-inch TV.
The room rate includes a good, typical self-service hotel breakfast, with everything you'd expect, but no meats or hot egg dishes. On a weekday this is available until 9:30.
We didn't use the pool, but assuming that there is only one, it is quite small. Don't expect to be able to swim for exercise. The fitness room has three machines in it.
Their ad says "pets allowed," so I checked that box, but we didn't bring any pets so I don't know about any complications or costs of that.
All in all, I probably would not stay here again for the price ($145 after taxes), but I wouldn't hesitate at a base price under $100.
